I was worried regarding the Covid epidemic but the store was well prepared. Lisa was our assistant who was very helpful and we felt she really understood what we needed. Great customer service!

I visited on both Sunday 28th and Saturday 29th June and on both days the team were extremely helpful and friendly, and really took to understand what I wanted. Nish in particular, was very knowledgeable about all the products and gave lots of good advice...and I was up-sold, but happily so! Thank you everyone and looking forward to receiving my mattress on Monday.
