All the Staff were very friendly, helpful and aware of the covid 19

We went in the shop. We were offered the sanatizer, water, Lisa the sales person was very helpful. What i did not have is everything their in the showroom. Was excellent. I telephone and left a message over a week. No one called back. Is we are elderly people i wanted to know if we will get help to have the plastic bags . Will we get help for the men to put the plastics on the mattress,base, and headboard and dismantle them. For us.. that is it. Will you call us to let us know. Thanks
