Super friendly staff and willing to answer all of our questions.

When we arrived at Dreams Store in Ruislip we were Greeted By Paul , who was very welcoming. As soon as you enter there is a Sanitizing Station, disposal gloves and we were offered drinks as well. Paul also explained the 2metres distance we had to keep during our visit. He was knowledgeable and patient with us when helping us choose the right mattress. The store was very clean and we felt safe shopping at Dreams. Overall a Great Service.

I looked online first and knew the style of bed I liked so it was easy for the sales assistant . I was happy with the guidance I was provided with choosing a mattress. The whole experience was stress free .

Unfortunately the payment plan didn’t go through but had to pay cash deposit didn’t mind. But overall was very good service , was recommended by family to visit dreams store for long term health care products and service was delivered excellent Thank you to Paul for caring as Covid-19 I was not able to wear face covering musk , he understood and matched my needs for best products. Thank you Dreams Miss S Ishaq
