My husband and I when first entering the store were asked if we needed assistance by a gentleman we said that we would like to have a look around which we did before we were greeted by a smiling advisor called Elizabeth. She was very friendly, polite and not pushy and enquirer what our needs were. She offered us a drink and asked us if we would like to try the SleepMatch which we did and found it useful to find suitable mattress for us. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and Elizabeth was very knowledgeable in which mattress was suitable for my illness which I was impressed by. She offered the correct pillows that I needed to help keep me cool which were different to which my husband needed. Overall we had a great shopping experience at Dreams and want to thank the staff and Elizabeth we are now looking forward to our new mattress, mattress covers and pillows.

We were Greeted as we entered and offered the sleep match which was very helpful, we were offered a pillow whilst trying various mattresses and given water to drink which was greatly received by us due to wearing face masks making our mouths dry.
