The advice given and knowledge of beds/mattresses by the assistant Elizabeth at the Ruislip branch was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and not pushy in the slightest!

Was quick and efficient visit. Elizabeth came to us as soon as we walked in. She showed us a good range of mattresses, not pushy and able to answer all questions. Friendly service.

Very welcoming staff, very clean store. Was approached immediately with a friendly attitude. The focus was on customer service and satisfaction and not making a sale. Would recommend!
