Well 2 days before I went to branch in staples corner. where the customer service care was Really bad saw 3 beds there but was not asked if I would like to try out the beds although I was trying them my self. But at your shop ruislip, I told them I had seen 4 beds in your shop at staples corner but service there was so un professional 100% at Ruislip was so informative about the mattresses and was point with the health part for covid manager was very well informative. Also the salesman who felt with with me was also very good.

When I arrived the store manager who had taken my call showed me the bed and pulled it out. i was not intending to but a mattress but I did as he was so helpful and i trusted his knowledge on the mattresses he was showing me.

The advice given and knowledge of beds/mattresses by the assistant Elizabeth at the Ruislip branch was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and not pushy in the slightest!
