Dreams - Ruislip

Loved the programme that tested our body and checked what mattress is more suitable. The customer service was great, we were offered coffee, tea or water. The colleague had excellent knowledge of the products. Also they cleaned the mattresses after each customer.

The service we had was very good and informative but they need to give you a bit of time to talk on your own without the salesman there

The Salesman was helpful and knowledgeable but not pressurising. There was a wide range of products displayed in a bright and clean environment.

It was a stress free experience. Nish who served us was very helpful, put no pressure on us and was very easy to deal with.

We were welcomed to wonder around the shop ourselves when we walked in which was nice. Both the assistants were available and willing to help whenever, including for us to use the sleep machine and afterwards to find the right bed. Nish then listened to everything we said and gave us great advice.

My experience was relaxed and I was very happy that no hard sales tactics were used. I was given some time to browse, then was greeted by Nish - the store manager. He spent time understanding my needs and budget before I was asked to try the motion bed that works out the best mattresses for individual sleep styles. I was also offered a drink and was given a pillow to try the mattresses with, while Nish explained the different types of mattress. After deciding, Prash processed my purchase, and while offering various add ons, I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. Overall, I found the experience at the Ruislip store very good. Highly recommended.
