Hello, I arrived at the store and was immediately greeted by a member of the staff. Informed him what I was looking for. I was shown a number of beds. I and my family tried a few beds, I was told to take my time and to lie on the bed for comfort. I had chosen a bed and ordered it and was given options for delivery. The whole process and very professional and I good what I wanted. Thank you

I was offered a drink as the mask made me hot. I was given a pillow and sheet of paper as invited to try many different beds . Lisa the assistant was extremely helpful and friendly nd I placed an order

My wife and I were assisted by Nish who was very welcoming from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything clearly. With the current climate we are in, Nish followed the social distancing guidelines, keeping our safety in mind at all times. Our experience with Nish meant that we were happy to purchase from the store - had our experience been a negative one, we would not have purchased from the store. We had not met Nish before now but because of his excellent working ethic, we would definitely return to the store if necessary and we will certainly recommend our friends to Dreams, Ruislip.
