Store layout very good Availability and range of items Welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly sales person (Lisa) - not pushy in any way but guided us through the whole process with ease Left feeling it was a very positive experience

Good greeting and offered a drink on entering the store. Lisa our assistant was very good at social distancing and full of information. She was a very pleasant assistant. She gave us good information about each bed we tried and left us to try out the beds for as long as needed.

We arrived without having pre-arranged a visit. The minute we walked in the door Lisa approached us and asked how she could help us. She asked relevant questions and suggested that we use the mattress matching machine, which we did. Lisa clearly explained what would happen. After this she showed us relevant mattresses and asked questions to help her guide us to a suitable divan base. Lisa was friendly and professional throughout.
