The salesman that met me at the door was more than helpful, polite & very knowledgeable, all self distancing & hygiene rules were being followed I ended up purchasing two double beds, Both staff in the shop were very good indeed.

Paul greeted me and offered me a bottle of water & I sanitised my hands. He offered be the discount pillows & helped me a lot with whatever I needed to know.

The sales person, Paul, greeted me warmly, was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I was offered a drink and he showed me all the options to suit my needs, as well as offering the sleepmatch experience and also pillows. it was all conducted in a Covid-safe way and environment. It was a pleasurable shopping expedition.

Lisa, our sales person, talked us through the entire process and showed us a variety of mattresses to choose from. She gave us the time and space to make a selection and explained all the product details. Very happy with the service and the product. The delivery timelines were also amazing.

The assistant was welcoming and helpful. She had a good attitude, she helped us well to find what we needed to purchase. The bed we bought hasn’t delivered yet- as we bought it only two days ago-, therefore We haven’t tried the products at home yet. However, we tried the mattress at the shop and it was quite comfortable.
