Prashant is an extremely talented salesman , gives you a load of information but does'nt push you Quick efficient and friendly and making sure covid restrictions are adhered to . Hope my bed does not disappoint

Was served by a delightful young lady called Lisa. She welcomed me into the store, took me to the sanitising station, offered me a choice of hot/cold drink. She was very attentive, showed me several options within my price range. She allowed me with my own pillow to lay on several beds, not hovering while I was trying them. A credit to the company

Prashant was friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy and took time to explain things and understand and answer our questions. We did not feel rushed and was able to take time to evaluate the options. The attention to details with regards Covid was the best we have seen in a bed store (wrapping pillows, distancing, etc).

The whole team at Ruislip were so friendly. They understood my needs and listened. I didn’t feel pressured at all which is lovely for a sales environment. I felt safe as all covid safety features were explained. I was even offered a drink.

Very professional reception was received by the staff. An excellent communication skills were shown. Staff was down to my level of understanding and able to meet my needs. Perfect business strategy was shown as Staff was able to explain how quality the products were. This obviously convinced and encouraged me to purchased the items I needed.
