The member of staff was very polite and did not rush you to get out the store.

The member of staff, though extremely helpful, didn't seem overly knowledgable about the products. The order took AGES to process; we ended up in store for nearly two hours......longer than we anticipated!

I thought that the assistant did a good job on steering us in the right direction as well as giving me options on the many different options available to us.

We had to wait about 25 mins because there was only to paying stations.

I requested a deliver date of either 19 or 21 May to fit in with my with work schedule. I was advised by the Dreams colleague that delivery only took place on the 18, 20 & 22 that week as, apparently, deliveries change on alternate weeks.
