As I had researched different suppliers and different types of mattress's online I had already decided which mattress I liked. So it was just a matter of asking if it was in stock, as it was we purchased it. So everything was smoothly efficient and I think the whole sale experience only lasted about 10mins

Too many options and too much info to take in. Also I agreed to receiving email invoice but do not think your computer system is compliant with mine because it only showed half the invoice and I could not view the order number or telephone number on the right hand side of the doc. It would not allow me to print it. I had to phone the main office to get the Ruislip tel no. and this was not straight forward. So when completing a sale please give customer a business card with all these details on.

Very good customer service assistant did not try & push himself on us as we entered store & left us to it until we were ready to ask about products. Offered us a drink whilst we were looking. When we were trying to make a decision about the colour of the base the assistant brought over some colour samples for us to make comparisons. Very good customer service. Thank you

Can only collect from high Wycombe from 5 days after purchaseand only Monday to Friday 10am-4pm making collection hard to try and get me to pay for delivery shocking!

The person helping us was a really friendly guy. However, we had to wait for a long time before he could assist us. He was helping out someone else which is fine although we were next. Instead the assistance was provided to someone else and we had to wait longer. We had a small child with us so it made it quite inconvenient for us.

You only seem to sell your own manufactured products and not branded names, which of course have to rely on their historic reputation gained over, very often, decades. That' my only concern.
