I had set my sights on a certain bed.my first visit that day was to check the choice and after speaking to your assisstant I was under the impression the stock on 1of the two beds I was purchasing was available .when I return later that day to order it this was not available to purchase Unfortunately their was a 8 week wait and stock was not guaranteed. It was that bed that made me come back. I also feel as we spent over 1400 on two beds delivery should have been free. We did get a discount of £100. But I know of people that had better deals.

After placing my order in store and paying in full...on delivery the headhoard was not delivered!!...excuse given, its out of stock!!!!!!....not very good especially as I've paid in full and was not notified prior to delivery...no compensation offered jyst a new delivery date, meaning another day taken off work.

The bed hasn't been delivered yet so I don't know how good it will be. The store experience was good but not particularly outstanding.

I bought a new bed with my partner, she became very confused with the different prices and ended up spending £300 more than we needed to. Also, the employee appeared to have a very 'salesman attitude' and only confused her more. The classic 'add-on' prices at the end of the bill were very confusing too. Despite this, we are happy with our purchase as we have ultimately ended up with a better bed, but still paid more.
