Highly satisfies suggests that everything was perfect. Felt order process was a little unwieldy given that I received paper copies and then email, seemed to sign several forms to confirm my understanding of what was happening next. Process is unwieldy not the Salesperson

We ordered our bed in store after great service from Paul. He could not give us a date but told us roughly when it would be. He upsold us the curved slats which we were happy he did. However a week later we were told that those slats would not be available for quite some time so we would have to wait or have the solid slats, which we did not want due to us being told they were inferior. The issue has been semi-resolved by being promised the bed to arrive on time with solid slats and then as soon as the curved slats arrive, they will be changed. This is an inconvenience for us as we have to take 2 days out now. And we hope that they will fulfill their promise to do this.

I was very pleased with our experience in purchasing our bed & mattress and only time will tell as to complete satisfaction. As I work in customer service myself I always feel there's room for improvement otherwise there's a tendency to be complacent

I was told by Alex who was most helpful that you price match items when I returned to the shop the next day a male sales rep. queried this with the manager and told me only if the online website has a shop? Alex was most helpful and checked the internet then the manager excepted my price match and the problem was resolved.
