The customer service was very good espeically the lady who served us at the Ruislip sttore The reason for the low scores was comapred to other bed shops delivery for beds are 2weeks whereas we are waiting between 4-5wks

Delivery date entered incorrectly, if we hadn’t spotted it on notifications then would be delivered when we are not in, and you have hefty redelivery charges.

Mattresses on offer have increased in price in the last year alone. Same issue with bed frames too.

Mainly driven by price. Everything seemed to cost more. So even though there was a sale on it still seemed to be expensive
