I think there is always room for improvement! The staff were very helpful and attentive but not overly so. Allowing us time to test out a number of mattresses until we made our decision. Their knowledge was very good and their alternative suggestions allowed us to make educated comparisons.

Paul the Store assistant was working alone in the store, at the time I entered he was dealing with two customers this necessitated me walking round and round the store whilst waiting for him to finish their purchase. Paul did acknowledge me when I entered the store and swiftly resolved my purchase when able.

I have spent well above my budget. I understand why the salesman only showed me the mattresses that Fitted my requirements, but I should have asked to see something more within my budget.

Various range of beds and mattress. Reasonable prise for most of the items. Good customers services. Good location with parking.

I ordered a Cromwell double matress and a Wilson (dark grey) double bed frame. The assistant accidently put the wrong mattress on the invoice. When he called back to amend the order, the delivery date slipped back from 31st August to the 10th September 2018. The original delivery date was perfect as it was a present for my daughter, so is away next week. The new delivery date falls on when I am back at work, so it will be difficult for me to take time off for the delivery.
