Price - more than the competition. Hopefully for a much better quality.

I specifically asked for quick delivery. This was agreed. Only when confirmation arrived did i see that one wek had extended into three weeks.

I would have hoped to have been able to get the product quicker bearing in mind it was a standard option and not bespoke

I used the 'sleep experience' and lovely as it was the cheapest mattress that was recommended was over £900 which was well over my budget so the exercise is pointless if your budget is not in the higher range.
