I hate shopping with a passion, i can't stand sales persons jumping on you as you get in the door, Trying to sell you anything and everything that you don't want or need. However Narvinder appeared introduced himself and asked how he could help..... I said roughly what I was after, he pointed me in the right direction and left me to it while he made me a cup of tea.... When I was ready he was there to help with all the relevant information. He was full of ideas and knowledge. I also hate people that have got nothing better to do than fill out these questionnaires.... But I'm taking the time to do this as I'm genuinely impressed with what a lovely guy Narvinder is !!! He's taking the time today to really help so I hope he gets recognised for his hard work and of course he gave me a little discount...looking foreword to my new mattress thanks Dreams lets hope I have plenty of them. Ruth cooper.

Ruby and Store Manager Nish very helpful and knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find the bed and mattress and associated products I wanted. They were friendly, knowledgeable,not pushy. I would certainly return and recommend on.

Friendly and helpful staff, with a pain free transaction. I received my confirmation email as advised and received a t St with a confirmation on my delivery. So all round good communication

the girl Ruby was not too pushing not at all in your face ,but yet was there when we had questions. Very good and we a bit of a joke over the purchase.

The assistant who helped me was Lesley. She was extremely patient and very helpful. She was happy to spend time with me and go though various options and explain the advantages of the various mattresses. My only disappointment was that delivery would be so long. As we are moving to a new house we will be without a bed for a week

Good service and friendly assistance

Good customer service, bit disappointed that the pillows we chose were out of stock and then when they were delivered, one pillow came first and the 2nd the day after. Apart from that, everything has gone smoothly. delivery of the bed is 25th April. Hopefully that will go smoothly as well. Could not fault the staff, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Narvinder was lovely, really helpful. Thank you.

I found what I was looking for, staff were very nice and had a laugh also. I love my bed. Also the delivery men were very helpful. They put the bed together.
