Friendly approach. Willing to answer our questions. Made us a coffee and was very patient

nicely displayed, colour coding is a good idea to detect the required product easily. There was not much waiting time. Service was very quick. However the ottoman Vienna was not reduced during this sale. We waited for a long period for the price to be reduced. I think on one occasion it did come down to £199.

We didn't have much time to choose a bed as someone was coming at 1.00pm and had to be home by then. Paul explained about the full range of choices available. Paul, our salesman, quickly picked up what we were looking for (my partner did not want to spend too much and had even talked about buying a mattress and making the base himself to me!). The beds we chose were comfortable and a good price and with draws!. Paul was great to deal with: he was professional and friendly and we left Dreams feeling happy.

The assistant was friendly, respectful and helpful and not too pushy. He gave me time to consider my purchase.

We came in to source a suitable mattress that would fit into a barge! we didn't realize just how easy and quick it would be to find (if anything), something flexible enough. We walked out with a smart mattress which was ready to go, rolled up with a complete bedding set and pillows. Narvinder ar Ruislip had so much knowledge that we didn't really have to ask questions! We also received discount on other goods. Amazing service and well trained, polite staff.

The options were clearly set out and the various combinations explained well by the member of staff who served us. I also liked the fact I was offered a cup of tea. We have used the same store before but I can say that the service this time was the best we have experienced.
