We were helped by a lovely lady called Lesley who,s knowledge of the products was great. She had plenty of time to steer us through our choices and waited while we spoke between ourselves. The other assistance were just as great and we ended having coffee while selected our beds. Great store and great people working there.

The staff were very attentive and listened to our requirements then showed us the products best suited to our needs. At no time did we feel pressured into a purchase and we even took the quote given on a couple of examples and checked for comparisons in the area. Although other stores offered similar beds at comparable prices, they could not match the package as a whole. We are happy with our decision.

Narvinder the advisor was very friendly, helpful and took time to understand my needs. He wasn't pushy at all and was a pleasure to deal with. I'm a sales manager myself and know what makes a good sales advisor. He has all the hallmarks. I might even poach him for my company, lol.
