Good range of beds. Quick service and no paperwork to complete. Staff very helpful and friendly.

On entering the store a member of staff approached me with a very warm smile and informed me that he can help me browse or come to my aid when needed. I then explained what I would like he then proceeeded to help me browse allowing me to try out the different beds explaning as we went along including all aspects including price. He allowed me to make up my mind giving me space but always being attentive. He was very personable and friendly allowing friendly banter. My family of 5 were made cups of tea and nothing was too much. We were also provided with biscuuits. when ordering the items every care was taken to highlight detail and functions.

The assistants were helpful attentive and polite the service was very good and I would return To the shop if I required bedding in the future Charles Seraphina.

The sales person was very helpful and spent a lot of time reviewing options. His knowledge was great too.

The staff member (nav) that helped me make my mind up took his time explaining everything, he also gave me more choices and explained different payment methods, introduced me to new products all without me feeling pressured into making a purchase or buying something I wasn't sure about

We received great friendly and courteous customer service. Narvinder and the manager were very polite and accommodating even though we ran over the store closing time. We never felt rushed and were looked after - we were offered tea or coffee which was a nice gesture. Thanks for a welcoming and warm store experience.

The sales representative (Paul) was very helpful and took time to explain things to my wife and myself.

The manager of Dreams (Ruislip branch), Nish, and staff, Lesly, are extremely helpful with the purchase. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the products. I initially just wanted to have a look and try the different types of mattress, but bought the whole set of bedding (gel mattress [Desire 26 Acti K], divan, bed head board, Tempur cloud pillows and mattress protector). I am so glad I met Nish and Lesly. They are so patient and helpful. I really enjoy everything I bought from Dreams, they are very comfortable and give me everyday high quality sleep. Nish and Lesly are the best, and Dreams is the best. I will buy again.

Paul Skinner was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. He asked questions to understand what I was looking for and explained why different products may suit my need, offering advice on the best possible options in line with my needs, not just trying to sell me the most expensive things. The options were good and he matched them to my needs. Very good sales behaviours. Availability of product is good and the flexibility in delivery is ideal as I am moving house. All round very satisfied.
