Your sales person Paul was brilliant with us He listened to me and my partner, he took everything we said into account and advised us accordingly which was brilliant, No hard selling which in these days was brilliant and refreshing, as I do not appreciate the hard sell which I walk away from. All in all Paul was fantastic with the way he treated us and because of him we will always come back to your company for our future needs.. Just waiting for delivery of the mattress

The staff member (Navinder?? in Ruislip) was friendly and did not hassle us which was really refreshing. He pointed out the area in which we needed to look for the type of bed we were looking for and invited us to try out the different models on display.

Paul was very help full and offered me refreshment. Understood my requirement for a quick delivery.

Great customer service on a very busy bank hol Monday aft. Staff were extremely helpful and did not hurry us (the cups of tea were a nice touch thanks) . We ended up spending £1200 +. Very good staff knowledge so could explain to us key differences between the beds to help us make our choice
