I came into the Ruslip Manor branch with my mother who is 86 and needed a new mattress. We were served by Paul who was attentive, understanding and patience. He greeted us warmly, offered us tea or coffee and was able to offer my mother the kind of mattress she would require after doing the sleep match test. As she was trying out the mattresses he gave her pillows in order for her to feel more comfortable and also test the mattresses correctly. At no juncture did he push her toward any particular mattress but let her make her own choices. He didn't mind her testing the same mattress on more than one occasion and was very knowledgeable about the products on offer in store. He explained things clearly and politely and was also able to have a laugh with us both. My mother felt reassured by his friendly advice which enabled her to make a choice that she was happy with. She was also very pleased that you offer to take away the old mattress. Thank you very much.

Prash was friendly and went the extra mile to get us the bed we wanted as quick as we needed it.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly, she explained things very well, we were able to try out the mattresses and we made the best choice. the price was reasonable given that the premises were clean and local

Very good guidance on using the sleep match service. Not pushy on which bed to use but good advice. Felt very safe and we were made to feel comfortable with the offer of a drink. Our your daughter was there too and she was made very welcome.
