As soon as we entered the shop we were approached by an assistant who asked if we would like a drink whilst we were looking around the store. She also assisted us with the purchase when required the only confusion arose when she offered us a delivery slot and both my husband and I assumed it was for the following week as she said you can have Monday or Wednesday. Unfortunately we did not check this on the email confirmation until I did not receive a call on the day so we had to take an additional day off for delivery.The delivery drivers were excellent calling and giving us an arrival time and even took their shoes off before taking the mattress upstairs. They also gave us all the paperwork and information along with our free gift.

The sales assistant came across as sincere, highly knowledgeable and efficient.

We made 3 visits before finalizing the purchase but on each occasion were greeted cheerfully and made to feel at ease. The staff were courteous at all times and did not rush us at any stage. Overall a pleasant experience given the environment of pressurized selling in this day and age.
