We were happy by the advice hiven by Dreams employee Narvinder who helpped choose the most suitable mattress and bed frame

staff very friendly even made me a cup of tea treated very well and they had a good understanding of the products.

We were highly satisfied with our experience because the member of staff made us feel very welcome and he was very knowledgeable in the field. He helped us find a bed which was perfect for us and we were also happy with the price. Overall the experience was brilliant. We had been searching for the right bed for a while and we only came in the store once and finalised our order straighaway.

Narvinder (apologies if that's the wrong spelling) attentive but not intrusive when approaching offered facts and a lot of background knowledge about beds which helped us choose. He was friendly yet efficient and even made time to get a balloon for my son. As a father shopping with kids can be a nightmare but he helped the transaction run smooth. Great service... Would recommend.

Good sales staff

Paul, who served us was a really nice person. When we walked into the store, he explained us the difference in quality and how they are arranged in colour scheme. He then left us to look and decide in our own time and explained any doubts we had price wise and quality wise. While we were placing the order it was time for the store to close but he didn't show any sign of discomfort that he is going to leave late and chatted with us each time he had to wait for the computer to catch up without showing any difference.

Lesley listened to my needs and was spot on with her recommendation. Excellent product knowledge and customer service
