The staff at the store in Ruislip Manor went out of their way to help and assist me.

Paul the sales person at the Ruislip store was very knowledgeable & helpful. I never felt pushed into anything, he also offered alternatives for me to consider just so I was happy with my decision. They even made me a coffee. The store had plenty on show and the price was very good.

Lesley was amazing in everyway. I came into the store confused about what i needed for my specific back issues... She was very informative and friendly, explaining the benifits different types of mattress provided, and giving me additional information on a lot of different aspects about mattresses. She left me to try out the mattresses, and also came back to ask if i needed anymore help which was fantastic! Most staff tend to just answer your specific questions and hurry off to do something else and very rarely do they come back to you to see how you are getting on or if you need anymore qu's answered! I would give her 10/10. She ticked every box!!

The store was very clean and inviting , well laid out. Good parking facilities .The dreams store assistant ( Lesley ) was very informative, let us have as much time as we liked to make a choice..1st Class !!! Overall a very pleasurable shopping experience.

We needed new beds for when we move & the manager at ruislip helped us . He was very friendly, knowledgeable & helped us without being pushy . We will definitely go back to him when we need the next bed.

My wife were already familiar with this particular store where we have found experienced and reliable Staff. The store assistant, Mr Narvinder Mangat has been very understanding and polite with a good knowledge of the products that the store was offering. Very pleased with the overall experience. The assistant was so helpful and friendly but not over the top, like some can be. I went in to buy pillows that I had bought before. He knew which pillow I meant and was able to tell me that they didn't do it anymore and showed me the equivalent that you now sell. I bought 2.
