A well laid out store not very busy ample carparking attentive staff but not over the top

We went to browse but because of the help we received from Paul the assistant we made a purchase we feel if we had shopped elsewhere we would not of received the help and choice we had at dreams so with this help we made the perfect bed may I also add the parking was also a great plus for us and the fact that a no time did we pressured to buy only sound and honest advice

Your staff member, Nisheet, was the perfect salesman. He was very helpful with a complete knowledge of of your products. At no time did he try to pressure us into purchasing the bed of our choice. He was a gentleman and we wish all the best with his future at dreams. Regards P and J White.

Iv was very satisfy with the way Lesley dealt with my question and the information given so I could decide which mattress to buy

On arriving in store my wife and I were greeted by a friendly member of staff. After informing her of what we were looking for we were not only shown the mattresses but invited to try them out "no rush, take your time" "can I get you both a drink". The staff members knowledge was very good and helpful in aiding our decision. It was refreshing to be asked, guided and assisted rather than lead, pushed, rushed and bullied into a purchase the assistant wanted us to make rather than we wanted. All in all a totally enjoyable and hassle free experience and we both left the store feeling our purchase was the right one for us, thanks to Lesley the in store assistant.

The staff member was very good, very attentive and cared about our custom.
