I was highly satisfied with my visit as the lady Lesley Stocks was very helpful and offered us drinks and pillows to try out with the beds. We were also offered extended warranty and new pillows which we took.

Lesley encouraged me to take plenty of time lying on the beds & even brought over one of the memory foam pillows to try out

I am terminally ill and was treated with the utmost care even offered a cup of team. From the manager to the lady Leslie I could not have asked for more information or care 100 percent satisfied and hope to receive my bed asap

Customer service was exstrodinary, we were offered service promptly with kindness and patience. Lesley was also very understanding to the age of my grandparents she offered us tea and allowed us to mutter amongst ourselves but was always close to hand if we had any questions. She also went over all the options very clearly whilst we were paying so I have no fear of them perhaps being sold something they weren't sure on. It honestly put me at ease as I know many other company's would take an advantage to upsell. She even let my grandmother who was feeling a bit worn out by the end exit directly through the back door so we could get to the car much easier. Thank you Lesley!
