Dreams - Ruislip

We were helped by a Dreams employee called Paul at the Ruislip branch. He was very knowledgable and provide my wife and I with all the information we required. He came across as a friendly staff member (Not pushy) and the whole shopping experience was a pleasure. When we left the store we felt we had received value for our money and we will definitely shop at another Dream's store in the future.

Our assistant Paul at the dreams store in Ruislip Manor was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know. He advises on the different types of mattresses them to give us plenty of time to try them out. He told us all that we want to know about the mattresses and was not at all impatient at the amount of questions that we had all the time that we took with him. In all we were extremely satisfied with our visit.

On the day I visited the store I had also visited two other bed store where the service was appalling. On entering the Dreams stores in Ruislip manor I was greeted with a cheerful hello from the sale man Vishal, I did not feel pressured into buying a bed, I was given expert advice and allowed to wander around trying different mattresses until I found the one I really liked. I was also provided with 7 different delivery options including Saturdays which in very convenient. I will definitely be back to buy another bed for my son.Excellent service all round

Lesley was informed about the products in the showroom, spent time understanding our needs and explained a practical course of action that led us to a product we bought. She was friendly without being overbearing and left us to make decisions.

We had not replaced our mattress in over ten years an the salesperson (Lesley) was very helpful in talking us through how mattress technology had changed in that time. She left us to try the different types of mattress out and enabled us to choose the mattress that is right for us. She talked us through everything, every step of the way.

The sales advisor, Nish Patel, was great. He gave us space when we requested it and then helped us when we asked for it, he was attentive and knowledgeable. The manager who put our order through, Paul, was equally helpful.
