Lisa at Ruslip was soooooo fantastic and helped me to understand different types of things for individuals needs. Especially choosing of mattress.

Lisa, our customer service provider was extremely pleasant and gave us a five star customer service. She had excellent product knowledge which she shared with us whilst leaving us enough space to talk freely between ourselves. In short a very impressive member of your team.

The assistants were very patient and accommodating.

We were given time to review on our own, as well as the salesman keeping a very close eye on when we did need some additional guidance. Professional and friendly - a great balance.

Customer service elements were excellent. Product knowledge was impressive. Atmosphere created was conducive to a sales outcome. Follow up was prompt as promised. This guy was very professional; perhaps you can remind me of his name as he would be my go to person anytime I visit your store in that location.

Although the store was under staffed in relation to the number of clients, the staff went above and beyond to look after each others clients and keep us all informed that they were dealing with multiple people at once. They were very friendly & polite and although clearly under pressure - did not make anyone feel rushed or that they were a nuisance. Excellent customer service. Well don e Ruislip !
