Good customer service and knowledge

I received an email regarding the new range of M-line mattresses. In entering the store it was easy to find the items we were looking for. A dreams employee welcomed us, gave us a couple of meetings to test them out, before coming over to advise us on the purchase. He showed us the nearest peer product and talked through the differences. We settled on what we wanted and the transaction was done in good time and humour. Overall, a satisfied trip, thank you

The sales assistant was helpful without being pushy & very informative regarding products available

I have ben planning a new mattress for a while, but being a bit disabled, wondering where to start. I was recommend to try Dreams, Ruislip and having found the store, with the aid of a cab, was very pleased with the help, advice and lay-out of the store.

I was vey pleased with the service I received at your Ruislip store. Your sales person, Pau,l was very helpful in answering my questions about my needs and pointing me towards products that I would find interesting in the price range I was looking at. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

Staff were very helpful, knew about all their products and who they were particularly suited to. However, staff gave you space and did not jump onto you. They gave me a coffee and time to think of further questions. I was actively encouraged to try the products and did not realise bedding and protective covers were sold too.

It went very smoothly. Paul (the staff member who helped me) listened to my needs and was able to suggest a number of mattresses for me to try, all of which were in line with what I was looking for.

My sales person, Lesley, was extremely helpful to me. She explained everything I needed to know, and I found her knowledge and advice to be highly beneficial. She allowed me to take my time to find the right bed which was comfortable to me. I cannot thank her enough. The delivery team Patrick and Algy were superb. They phoned me before delivery to make sure I was in, and were able to accomodate me when I was running late. They were very efficient with every part of the delivery, and I could not be more pleased with their level of professionalism. Thankyou to Lesley, Patrick and Algy, and the Dreams company. I will certainly reorder with Dreams again.
