Hemal greeted me as soon as walked in, he offered me a coffee which was much appreciated. I told him about the bed I had seen online and he took me to a screen in the store and showed me to confirm what I was looking for.

Intelligent and well read up sales person who understood our need. Nothing was oversold; the sales process was very simple and straightforward.

Alex was very friendly to us from when we entered the store to right up until we had left, she even offered us refreshments. In the order process Alex made sure that we understood everything that was being put in front of us and went through the various policies of Dreams thoroughly. She also offered us insurance for eight years and also told us about the months satisfaction guarantee. Overall Alex' service was of a great standard as she was very warming. 10/10!

I wasn't "jumped on" by your sales staff but found two separate members of staff who answered my questions and helped me purchase a mattress.

Alexandra provided excellent guidance and advice to my wife and I when choosing a new mattress. We also bought two new pillows which we wouldn't have thought about if Alexandra had not suggested we try some when choosing. Alex went the extra mile entertaining our young children whilst we tried the different mattresses she recommend. Superb service!
