we visited the Ruislip branch and a member of staff called Prashant served. his customer service skills were outstanding and the why he explained the products was very helpful. were purchasing a few items for different family members and he made sure all our needs were. the while experience was very swift and professional and his customer care skills were excellent.

The store I went to first didn't have my item but they phoned around other stores found it an I collected it and was really happy with the service I received
