When I walked in I wasn't approached straight away which I liked as it gave me time to actually look. Once I decided what sort of bed I wanted I gave a quick wave to Paul the store assistant and he came right over. His knowledge was great, from beds to mattresses to pillows to everything! He knew every dimension and key factor about each product i asked about, which was quite a few! It made me feel like yes i wanted to buy from him as he invested his time and effort into making me feel satisfied with my choice :)

Very friendly service. Good knowledge of products. Nice cup of coffee as well.

Derrick was very understanding of my needs and he showed multiple items before making my decision

The assistant Vish was very helpful, we were made welcome and offered a hot or cold drink. The products were explained with different options, we were not rushed and actually asked to spend more time accessing the mattresses. We were also informed not to worry about the price as you offer a price promise and a 30 day "swap" option if we did not like the chosen mattress.

Visual was most helpful, and not pushy he talked to us then made us coffee, then when he returned he showed us some of the beds for mine and my husbands needs ,

We had alot to purchase and the staff were able to let us k ow exactly what we needed. They were very patient
