Ruislip manor store. The staff were friendly I wasn't waiting long to have help. When I ask what I was looking for I was given a lot of help and information about the different products. I wasn't rushed and I didn't feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly to me when I order my product. I was made to feel welcome and I was let out the back way as I parked behind store which I really appreciated as it was quite a walk round. Will definitely go back for a mattress

Product knowledge from Paul helped a great deal in making my decision and he didn't mind how many times I tried out different mattresses before finally deciding. It was nice to be offered some liquid refreshment upon entering even though at that stage I indicated that I was only looking around, I also greatly appreciated not being hounded while browsing but had instant attention as soon as I requested some help.
