All went very smoothly. I explained exactly what I wanted, the assistant explained the different options including things I hadn't thought of such as sliders under the bed instead of opening drawers as I am short of space. Order placed, delivery date agreed. Job done!

Paul was great and nothing was too much trouble getting pillows we wanted to try with the mattresses and got us to try other mattresses to make sure we made the right choice. Paper work took too long but other than that it was a good experience and left feeling we got what we wanted.
