we were not hassled by the staff but when we needed assistance the member of staff was very good, friendly and very helpful and worked with us as we did not know what we wanted and offered us a drink when we where looking around

Being as indecisive as I am, I made 2 visits to the store and on both occasions Alex was extremely helpful and very patient without putting me under any pressure. I like the way the store is laid out so its easy to view so many styles. The store is very clean and I was offered Tea/ coffe on both occasions.

Our sales assistant was very good - Hemal. He greeted us, showed us the products and gave us the space to evaluate.

Nish fully explained the products available and helped us to decide hich was closest to our needs. We visited on two days while e needed to check measurements at home . Nish recognised us on our return to the store and checking our needs. He quickly helped us make the purchase checking e fully understood the terms and conditions and was able to give us a delivery date before we left the store. Brilliant courteous service by Nish we are happy customers.

Staff Member Alexandra Lange was extremely helpful. After arriving at the store we gave her an overview of what we were looking for. She pointed out where we should look and what to consider but did not constantly talk to us or pressure us, yet was available should we have any questions. She allowed us to browse at our leisure and assisted by providing different pillows during our browsing/testing. Throughout the payment process she was again extremely helpful explaining what everything was for including delivery information. Very professional and helpful staff member, made the purchasing experiencing a lot better for us.

Store assistants helpful and kept store open late so that we could complete purchase.

We visited on several occasions before placing the order and Nish was extremely helpful, knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. We visited other branches but ensured we came back to place the order through him only. He's a credit to Dreams!!
