Friendly and patient, even though my English is not very good

Very nice staff

The staff were very helpful, and moved a few sale mattresses for us to test, they did this happily even though it was very busy in store due to the sale. They were doing their best even though they were rushed off their feet. they even had time to offer a cuppa.

We were very happy with our visit to dreams. We were offered a drink and then let to look around the store freely as we wished. When we needed some help or advice there was someone available to speak with us. Paul served us at the Ruislip Manor store who was extremely helpful and very friendly.

The customer service was excellent especially when helping making the right decision in regards to the items that we were looking to purchase. Hemel at the ruislip store was extremely helpful.

Very pleasant staff more than willing to help also offers extras like pillows mattress covers etc. even fave us a cup of tea. Delivery was offered very quickly. There was a lot of mattresses on offer and we were guided around like VIPs.

we were not harassed by a sales assistant

Every thing went smoothly. Order was placed and payment made within half an hour and the following Saturday mattress was delivered in time promised.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, offered refreshments while browsing. Sales staff helpful and informative without being 'pushy'. Good choice on shop floor, with options discussed re other items in range. A pleasant experience from entering shop to finalising purchase. Will definitely be back when I need beds upgrading and would be happy to recommend.
