Dreams - Ruislip

I didn’t feel hounded. I’ve been to another Dreams and they were just too pushy. The Ruislip store was a completely different experience. I wasn’t followed around but the team were available the second I had a question and needed help.

Usually we feel as though we are pushed into a sale however your salesman was just being purely helpful sharing his knowledge & letting us make the correct decision financially and practically. A true asset to the company.

Very helpful and friendly staff who were happy to recommend various options to choose from. Staff had a good knowledge of the products.

Very attentive and helpful. Listened to what I was looking for, helped me consider my options and wasn’t pushy. Used the sleep measuring machine to identify the best products for me. Talked me through the pricing of those products. Allowed me the freedom to make my choice without feeling pressured.
