Staff were welcoming, friendly, polite and efficient without being pushy. Shop was well laid out, clear pricing and information of goods.

Lisa was friendly, professional and able to provide one product we asked for and a very suitable alternative for a second product. Visit was pleasant and not too long. Took on board our preference for natural materials.

The staff tried hard to supply me with the beds and mattress( zipped and linked) which I was seeking and provided me with a good price too

As soon as I entered the store I felt welcomed. The sales person took me through a range of products which I was looking for. I really liked a sofa bed which was in clearance section, it was great value for money however I did not want to buy it without showing it to my daughter. I explained the same to the sales person that I want to buy it today itself but I need to get my daughter’s opinion. He said he’ll reserve it for me till store closes today and when I reached with my daughter he again showed the entire range along with the sofa bed I shortlisted. As expected my daughter loved it too but there was another issue I wanted him to help me with before I made the payment. I needed the delivery in mid April and not before that. He was once again kind to keep it in store till then. I had seen products in clearance in other big stores too like Furniture Village and DFS which I wanted to buy but no body agreed to hold the delivery till April. Visiting Dreams was like a dream come true. Am a highly satisfied customer😄

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff

The manager was extremely helpful in making sure I got the perfect mattress for my needs due to my bad back. Nish was very knowledgeable about the products I required and made sure I was happy up to the point of purchase. Very happy with the service. Just waiting for my mattress which will be delivered on Wednesday.

Great help provided by Dheeran and Paul and the near immediate availability of what was ordered.
