Dreams - Yeovil

This was our first visit a Dreams store and my wife and I were extremely impressed with the overall service of your staff, and the professional manner in which we were served.Emily was very helpful and gave us help to find the item we were interested in and to give us details of the product, also went beyond by offering us refreshments.

We visited to buy new mattress. the assistant Emily greeted us immediately and was very helpful in making the right decision. Her knowledge was second to none and the delivery date was much sooner than we thought it would be. She kindly offered us a drink and was very friendly from the start. Nothing was too much trouble. I had phoned up the store to check the availability of a particular bed, which had been discontinued because of the age. The girl on the phone was so helpful and and encouraging I was convinced to come to the store. When I visited the store (yeovil) I was served by Dom (validation code 200) who was especially helpful and encouraging; he was not overbearing or pushy, but showed great patience while I was trying the mattresses and choosing. Having made my decision, he explained slowly and clearly the insurance/protection cover. And along with a cup of coffee I was able to relax and go home confident that my new mattress would be delivered the following week.

Made to feel welcome but not pestered. The assistant was available to ask question and was given time to try different mattresses. Also offered a drink while waiting for the order to be completed.

The sales assistant in Yeovil was Dominic and he was extremely helpful and very professional. There was no pressure and his product knowledge was excellent. A very nice guy and I would certainly recommend the store and products to my friends and family.
