The gentleman that assisted us was very polite. Told him what we were looking for as myself and my husband suffer bad backs, the assistant was extremely helpful in guiding us in what would be the best choice of matteress. After trying out many types we were pleased to find one suitable and comfortable for us both. Very helpful advice and service from the moment we walked through the doors to when we left. 10/10 🙂

I fonud the assistant to be very helpful and knowledgeable. She greeted us in friendly non pushy manner when we entered the store and offered us drinks on 2 occasions but unfortunately she did not have decaffinated tea or coffee. She made us feel relaxed and answered all our questions about the mattresses that we were trying out .

The woman who assisted us in store made us a drink which was well needed as we had travelled a fair bit to get to the store. She was also very informative and helped us make our decision. Prices were great and exactly what we wanted to spend. The only slight issue was having to wait a month for the delivery of the bed but it'll be worth the wait! Also we got to take our mattress home the same day which was super beneficial! Thanks Dreams!

Emily was an absolute star and talked me through all of my options. She was kind and polite and offered both of us a cup of tea upon arrival. I've never experienced as good a customer service as when she was dealing with me. Thank you Emily!

I was greeted by Kim who was not only very knowledgeable but also very helpful and pleasant. There was no pressure to purchase but Kim was most attentive and made the purchase easy

We went into the store to consider what beds we could get for guest bedrooms. Kim was so helpful that we placed an order. She took the the time to show us the ex-display models, explain the difference between mattresses and help is het what we were looking for within budget. We were very grateful.

On entering the showroom, we were given a very warm welcome from staff member Emily who ask if we needed any help or just wanted to browse, we said we wanted to look round first but with just a few pointers, she left us to browse after offering tea or coffee. After a while we thought we had chosen, we called Emily over, she discussed our choice but she pointed us in the direction of another range which was a far better choice. Emily was very knowledgeable about all of the showrooms stock. She emphasised the need to take time and to make sure our bodies were perfectly in contact with the bed and the correct way to lay with the pillows also. We purchased with complete confidence that we had made the right choice.
