Dreams - Yeovil

To begin with we were a little put off by the time we had to wait to be served But quickly realised that there was only one member of staff in store. We continued to browse all the different products available whilst the other customer completed their order. When we did finally get served we were offered refreshments an apology for the wait. And a good tour of all products which the staff member had a very wide and good informative knowledge of Completely satisfied with the staff members explanation we went ahead with the sale.

For six years I taught customer service. The staff in the Yeovil office are excellent examples of how to do it right, they greeted every one who came in, they were very knowledgeable on all the products that we asked about and took the time to find out exactly what we wanted. We took the time to carry out lots of research before our visit and had visited all the other bed stores in the area, out of all the stores we visited, Dreams was the friendless and the only store to offer coffee. A really good range of products and an excellent service. I would absolutely recommend the store to anyone. Polite and enthusiastic, the assistant knew everything about the different types of mattresses and beds and her level of knowledge put other stores to shame. The really nice thing was that none of sales team were pushing for a sale and gave us time and space to discuss and consider our options. We checked prices online at a number of stores and the normal prices at Dreams were better than any of the Bank Holiday sales offered at competitor stores.

The sales assistant Kim was very professional in her approach to us giving us space and time to make our decisions. We never felt pressured. She was polite helpful and good knowledge of the beds . We were very happy with her and would recommend her and your company to others. A Brockway

Welcomed in to the store by friendly staff offered a hot drink explained what I wanted and they sent me in the right direction. I was not horrased while I was deciding what I wanted when I did then they kindly sealed the deal 10 out 10.

Emily was really helpful and discussed all our options with us. We couldn't decide the first time we went in so she printed off all the bed dimensions and prices for us so we could go home and measure up. She was not pushing for a sale in any way. She got us a great deal and delivery times were within 2 weeks. On our second visit to order the bed Emily was busy with some other customers so another nice lady made us a cup of tea and discussed the mattress options with us. Very good service all round and a nice team.

Staff greeted us on entry and pointed us in the right direction. Offered us tea and coffee. Able to advise on what to look out for and current offers on mattresses. Advised on pillows to go with mattress.

after general searching Dreams gave the most comprehensive service and reasonable pricing. The guy looking after us was very patient and not at all pushy.

Dom was really helpful and informative thoughout our visit to the store and helped us make what we hope are the right decisions..
