Friendly staff were very helpful in the purchase of our new mattress. High range pillows were provided for us to test the beds out with. Store was well laid out and all prices were clearly displayed.

Myself and my partner suffer from bad backs and other various joint problems, when we said we this and the advice we were given from our Osteopath the Sean said how he could give the information he had but obviously isn’t a back/joint specialist so would advise as he could. He gave us so much information and plenty of time to think about we were not pressured in any shape or form. Extremely pleasant staff there they seem to work well as a team as well. I felt welcome, not rushed and was well informed. Considering I was parting with money I enjoyed my visit and can’t wait for my new mattress to arrive.

On the two visits I made the staff at the Yeovil branch were extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. They mad the process of buying a pleasure which is not often the case. They also had good senses of humour, another bonus.

The sales adviser Emily was very knowledgeable about the product, very polite and helpful and also offered beverages.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and able to explain the differences between the products well. We weren't pressurised to buy but it was made simple once we had decided to do so.

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted by a member of staff and asked if we needed help. The member of staff asked what we were looking for and details of any back problems. After telling her, she knew exactly what to suggest and her knowledge of the products was outstanding. She answered all our questions and gave us the time we needed to make a decision and choose the right product. She was very polite, offered us a cup of tea and was overall a pleasure to have met. Even though I spent a lot more than I planned, I cannot wait to receive my be mattress and bed.
