Emily was lovely and very thoughtful of my needs. She explained how to properly test the beds in the shop to find the right one. Also very helpful talking through payment plans/returns as a possibility. Very, very helpful!!

Greeted upon arrival. Given time to have a look around on our own. Offered assistance at the correct time. Given knowledgeable advice and assistance - and a cup of coffee - but not pressured. Calmly and clearly taken through ordering process.

As soon as your walk through the door you are greeting with a smile and no pressure to buy. I feel that they couldn’t do enough for you and made you feel like a valid customer. Kim and Emily of the Yeovil store were beyond knowledgable and efficient. They took into account your needs during the visit and helped whenever required.

Greeted by Emily,asking us for our requirements.She looked after us really well, we were allowed to stay in the shop even to closing time if we wished!! After her recommendations she kindly left us to try the beds, needless to say my husband could have slept there all night!! The interaction could not have been better 👍
