Professionally greeted on arrival, looked after with coffee and advice, then left to try our preferred options of mattresses. Further help with accessories of protectors and pillow options. A pleasure to do business with. The only negative would be the confidentiality when placing orders as the two order desks are side by side and gave no privacy when handing over very personal data. On arrival Bridget was there to meet and greet us. She never made us feel bombarded and listened to what our needs were. We were offered tea/coffee and biscuits before giving us time to browse at our leisure. Emily the came along to give us some information about different mattresses and gave us a pillow each to use for every mattress we laid on. Overall a very relaxed and easy visit.

Kim, the assistant was charming, knowledgable, patient and most helpful giving me as much time as I needed to make my choice.

The salesperson Dominic was very happy to listen our needs and not just sell us a product. He also took the time to interact with the children who are 6 and 9. Whilst paying all the staff were kind and considerate and treated us with respect.

We were not rushed. We were given all the time and attention we needed. We didn't feel we were given a hard sell. Rather, we felt that Dominic in particular listened to us and genuinely gave us the best advice he could based on his own experience of the mattresses in your range. We really didn't expect, but were very pleased with such excellent service.
