Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Our sales assistant did not try and sell us something we did not want and encouraged us to spend time trying out the beds we were interested in. It was really nice to have "no pressure", which ultimately led to us making a purchase instead of leaving the store.

Staff knew their products. They helped us understand the product we needed. Gave us time to choose what we liked & didn't pester us while we were browsing after the initial advice was given. A quote was quickly printed and we were not pressured to make a purchase there and then. Upon returning a week later the sales process was quick and easy.

He listened to what I required and steered me gently in the right direction.

The colleauge, Emily was very warming when we entered the store, offered us both drinks and asked what sort of bed we were looking for and explained how our bed should be and what we were looking at to find the right matteress for us

The assistant was most helpful &knowledgeable about the various products &what the purchase was for I.e spare room or main bedroom.

Dominic who served us was highly knowledgeable able to answer all questions we had nothing was too much trouble happy to spend time with us giving multiple quotes with different items. Told him we were doing up room and he let us know that we can move delivery date to what suits us which was great to know. Very friendly man as well

Staff were very friendly, helpful, informative and not pushy. We were allowed to take as long as we liked to try different mattresses and there was a good selection.
