Dreams - Yeovil

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store but,he did not jump on us straight away, pushy sales men will often put me off. He allowed us to browse, offering assistance when we needed it. He was very knowledgeable about your products and had a good understanding of our needs. He provided us the correct information to assist us in choosing the correct product for us. We were even given a cup of tea while we tried to decide which bed we wanted. Other members of staff were also very polite and it was clear that we were not expected to rush our decision. The atmosphere was friendly and jovial.

Great friendly staff (Emily) couldn't of been more pleasant and helpful. She has sold me a mattress for my daughter on another visit also and couldn't fault her. Not made to feel under any pressure at all, very welcoming and helpful and good selection of products

Emily was very helpful she provided me with a drink and explained the differences in the mattresses She then provided me with a pillow and left me to try the different beds She popped back to see if i had anymore questions but allowed me to take all the time i wanted she processed my order quickly and efficiently. she was very friendly and helpful

During our visit today at the store in Yeovil, we were greeted by Emily, who was extremely welcoming and very polite. She proceed to explain the layout of the store, as we hadn't been before, and also offered us a drink whilst we had a look around. We had a few ideas of what we wanted for our bed but couldn't find one with everything that we were looking for, Emily brought out a catalogue to give us a few more choices and explained the structure and sizes of a few that we liked. Emily was very helpful and tired to accommodate our every need, we ended up purchasing one of the beds from the catalogue which best suited us. Emily was able to offer us a lot of different options with the delivery, which she was able to have sent the same day as the mattress that we had already purchased, the assembling of the bed and any clearing of rubbish. Emily was very informative and answered all our questions and helped us during our visit. The service we received from Emily was absolutely fantastic and she is a credit to the store and the company.

Firs t visit to Yeovil store previously purchased via Internet. We found the whole shopping experience excellent. Emily was most helpful excellent product knowledge.

Emily was very welcoming and understood exactly what we were looking for. Once decided on a mattress she then told us that she had one also and it was a good choice!

Monique was friendly and knowledgable about all of the matresses in the store. She was able to communicate why Dreams beds had an advantage over the competitors beds. She educated us how to care and maintain our new mattress as well.

The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable, they were very honest with me about what beds / mattresses would be suitable for our needs & up front about delivery dates & we didn't feel rushed or pressured into closing the sale, we absorbed all of the information that was given to us & we (excuse the pun) slept on it & made a decision to go in & order the next day, I foolishly didn't allow enough time, by going in so late in the day, so it resulted in be still being in the store processing the order after the store should have closed & I apologised profusely, but the staff told me not to apologise & assured me this wasn't a problem.
