Dreams - Yeovil

The staff were knowledgeable and we were given lots of time to ask questions and test many beds. We were assessed on the dream bed scanner which advised and influenced our choice of mattress , this was invaluable!!

Friendly helpfull and knowledgeable staff. We were guided to the tester mattress to give us a guide to the right mattress for us. The mattress is on order and we're looking forward to getting it.

Sean the assistant that dealt with us went out of his way to be helpful, He was knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing.

The advisor we had couldn't have been better, he wasn't only super polite / professional but also wasn't over the top, he gave us our space to look and talk but was always there when needed, he understood our needs and more importantly .. price range ! He did not try and push anything onto us just guided us through perfectly. So would highly recommend

We were dubious about going to Dreams as we tend to shop online. However, right from the start Emily was very friendly, informative and very accomodating of our boisterous 17mth old toddler. She set one of us up on the dream machine, aware we couldn't both do it due to our Toddler's patience. She then showed us the selected mattresses, ensuring we used the same pillow for each mattress as well as making sure we were using it correctly. Emily explained all the technical side of what we needed from a mattress as well as all the options. She made us cups of tea, provided toys and drawing materials for our toddler and allowed us privacy to decide and discuss. Overall, a really positive experience and couldn't recommend Emily highly enough.
